How it works

Sign up and pick your hours
Sign up online and choose when Jess should answer: after hours, while you're on the tools, or all day. Add your services, hours and the questions people always ask.

Forward your calls
Keep your number. Set your phone to forward to Jess when you don't pick up, or all the time. We'll show you how for your carrier.

Get your messages
Every message lands by text or email the moment the call ends: who called, their number and what they need. All calls are in your portal too.
Pricing
$1 + GST for every hour Jess is switched on. You choose the hours. It's not per call and not per minute on the phone. On 8am to 8pm is $12 + GST a day ($13.20); 24/7 is $24 + GST a day ($26.40).
No card needed and no lock-in: we send you an invoice at the end of each month for the hours Jess was on. Sign up and switch her on when you're ready.

Prices are in Australian dollars; GST is 10%. A month here is a week times 52, divided by 12. Change your hours any time.
Questions
Is Jess a robot?
Yes. Jess is an AI, and she'll say so if anyone asks. She knows your business and doesn't make things up. The best way to judge is to call her on 0494 783 122.
What happens to my messages?
As soon as a call ends, Jess sends you the message by text or email: the caller's name, number and what they wanted. You can also see every call and message when you sign in at portal.x36.site.
How do I pay?
We invoice you monthly for the hours Jess was switched on, at $1 an hour plus GST. No card is needed to sign up, and there's no lock-in contract.
Can I change my hours?
Yes, any time, in your portal. The new hours apply from the next call, and you only pay for the hours Jess is on.
What if a caller wants a real person?
Jess can put urgent callers straight through to you during the hours you choose. If you can't take it, she takes an urgent message and sends it to you right away.
Do I need a new number?
No. You keep your number and forward calls to Jess.
